Tea Time
There is three tea types. First, black tea of through fermentation process. Second, green tea which is totally free fermentation process. Third, tea oolong through semi process of fermentation. Each 100 black tea grams consisted in 19,4 protein grams, 10,9 fibre grams, 2,5 fat grams, and 32,1 sugar grams. So without adding sugar also, black tea have been enough sugary.
